Scheduling:

 
In order to assure the widest selection of services and times, we highly recommend that you schedule appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance. 
 
 
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a complete and relaxing experience and to allow time to fill out any necessary personal information. Arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
 
Cancellations:
 
We have reserved time especially for you.  A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling all appointments. Three missed or cancelled appointments will require pre-payment for future visits.  In addition, all appointments in the amount of $200 or more must be reserved with a credit card which will be charged 50% if appointments are cancelled without a 24 hour notice. 
 
Online appointments cannot be cancelled or changed online. All cancellations or changes must be made by phone to avoid mishap or double booking. 
 
Wedding parties of four or more:
 
To ensure your appointment reservations we kindly ask for 10% down of the total when booking your appointments along with a credit card number.  We require 72 hour notice to cancel all appointments for a full refund.  Cancellation after 72 hours will be refunded 50% of the total, and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total expense for all cancelled appointments.

General:
 
For the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring small children and infants into the salon and spa unless they have an appointment. Please keep all cell phones and conversations discrete while receiving your service.
 
Gratuity:
 
Gratuity is not included in your salon service fee and is left to your discretion.  Envelopes are available at the front counter for your convenience.
 
 
Our Guarantee:
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right.
 
 
taj salon & spa will gladly accept returns of any un-opened or minimally used products within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or in-store credit.
